At Mademoiselle Panache, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience and ensuring that your purchases meet your expectations. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Important Notice

Currently, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders at this time.

Orders Shipped to US Customers:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unworn two-piece sets with the original tags attached and in their original packaging with the SKU label.

Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date your tracking information shows the package was delivered.
Once your return request is approved, the package must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.
For orders with split shipments, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

Restocking Fees & Non-Qualifying Returns

Orders that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely if they fail to meet our return conditions.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return package, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process it.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed, detailing the next steps.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons:
